Former Ghana international, Sam Johnson has backed Kwadwo Asamoah’s proposed move to Turkish side Galatasaray, insisting that the midfielder has all the tools to be “a success”.
Asamoah is currently the subject of a bid from Turkish giants Galatasaray, with the former Udinese anchorman reported to have already agreed personal terms with the club.

The 28-year-old has been with the Old Ladies since 2012, but has struggled to get into the first team in recent years, following a series of injuries.
And with Juve coach, Max Allegri repeatedly playing him at left-back and wing-back, the midfielder is believed to be itching for a move away in order to return to his preferred position in midfield.
Ex-Ghana midfielder, Sam Johnson believes moving to Galatasaray will represent a good move, and has backed Asamoah to make his mark in the Turkish Super Lig.
He told Citi Fm: “I know Asamoah’s quality and I am certain that he will be a success over there.

“There are a lot of Africans there and most of his team mates are there so it should not be difficult to adapt. “But of course the final decision will be made by him.”
Sam Johnson played for nearly a decade for the Black Stars between 1994 and 2003, making 45 appearances.
